The Tridex DM-12 CNC is a standalone solution for precision grinding wheel dressing.
Capable of dressing wheels up to 12" (310 mm) in diameter and 10.2" (259 mm) wide, this versatile machine seamlessly integrates into the manufacturing process. Its interchangeable arbors provide compatibility across all in-feed, through-feed and OD/ID grinders using wheels within the size envelope. It is designed to handle aggressively hard electrochemical resin-bonded wheels used on Tridex ECG grinding machines. Users can shape wheels offline for uninterrupted production, optimizing the grinder's efficiency. Fully CNC-controlled, the DM-12 enables precise dressing of custom wheel geometries.
The DM-12 CNC supports grinding wheels up to 12" in diameter and 10.2" wide.
